Post-construction cleaning typically runs $0.30–$0.75 per square foot, depending on the level of finish work, debris volume, and number of cleaning phases needed. A 1,200 sq ft condo final clean usually runs $600–$900. Full commercial fit-outs are quoted on-site.

Do you handle the rough clean or just the final clean?

Both — and the touch-up pass after inspections. Most projects need at least a rough clean (debris and gross dust) and a final detail clean. We can quote any combination, or all three as a package.

How fast can you start a post-construction clean?

For most projects in Toronto and the GTA, we can mobilize within 3–5 business days. For urgent handovers, we've turned around same-week starts — message us and we'll do everything we can.

Do you remove construction debris?

Yes. We haul out remaining packaging, drywall offcuts, light construction debris, and protective materials as part of the rough clean. Heavy debris (bricks, large lumber, demo material) is quoted separately if a bin isn't already on-site.

Yes. We carry $2M general liability and WSIB coverage. COIs naming the GC, property owner, or developer as additionally insured are issued within one business day.
