What's the difference between janitorial and commercial cleaning?▾
Janitorial cleaning is the daily, repetitive upkeep of a commercial space — emptying bins, cleaning washrooms, vacuuming, restocking supplies. Commercial cleaning is a broader term that includes janitorial plus periodic deep cleaning, floor care, window washing, and event resets. Cleanurr does both, often as a single program.
Do you sign monthly or annual contracts?▾
We sign month-to-month agreements with 30 days' notice to cancel. We don't lock customers into long-term contracts — we'd rather earn your business every month.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?▾
Yes. We carry $2M general liability and WSIB coverage on every commercial account. COIs naming your property management company as additionally insured are provided within one business day.
Do you handle floor care like stripping and waxing?▾
Yes. We do strip-and-wax, buffing, burnishing, carpet shampooing and extraction, and tile-and-grout restoration. Floor care is typically quoted separately from the recurring janitorial contract and scheduled quarterly or annually.
